FREE MUSIC LICENSE AGREEMENT

This Free Music License Agreement ("Agreement") is made effective as of the date of download or use ("Effective Date") by and between Chaz Desousa ("Licensor") and the individual or entity using the provided music ("Licensee").

1. GRANT OF LICENSE

Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and distribute the provided music files ("Licensed Music") under the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

2. PERMITTED USES

Licensee may use the Licensed Music for the following purposes:

Personal projects, including YouTube videos, podcasts, and social media posts.

Commercial projects, including monetized content, provided that attribution is given to the Licensor where applicable.

Educational or non-profit use.

Remixing, sampling, and modifying the Licensed Music for creative purposes.

3. RESTRICTED USES

Licensee is strictly prohibited from:

Using the Licensed Music in any form of hate speech, discrimination, or content promoting violence, racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, xenophobia, or any other form of bigotry.

Selling or redistributing the Licensed Music as standalone files or as part of a music collection.

Claiming ownership of the Licensed Music, including registering it with any content identification system (e.g., YouTube Content ID, Spotify, etc.).

Using the Licensed Music in any illegal, defamatory, or misleading manner.

4. ATTRIBUTION REQUIREMENT

Where possible, Licensee shall credit the Licensor as follows:"Music by Chaz Desousa – Used with permission."

5. LICENSOR'S RIGHTS

Licensee acknowledges that Chaz Desousa, as the original creator, retains the right to:

Use the Licensed Music for personal and commercial purposes.

Modify, remix, or alter the Licensed Music in any way.

Post and share the Licensed Music on social media, streaming platforms, or any other medium.

6. TERMINATION

This license is valid indefinitely unless Licensee breaches any of the terms in this Agreement. In such a case, the license is automatically revoked, and Licensee must immediately cease using the Licensed Music.

7. DISCLAIMER & LIABILITY

The Licensed Music is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Licensor shall not be liable for any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from Licensee's use of the Licensed Music.

8. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Your Jurisdiction].

By downloading, using, or modifying the Licensed Music, Licensee agrees to abide by these terms.
